from file to front door.
We take the printing seriously so you don't have to. Here's exactly what happens after you hit submit.
Drop in your file — we accept most files, PDF, PNG, AI, PSD. AF, even .ZIP for when you have more than one print file. Not sure about specs? Download one of our free templates, built to the exact dimensions and bleed requirements for every product we offer.
Every file gets reviewed by our team before it goes anywhere near a press. We check resolution, colour mode (CMYK), bleed, and safe zones and flag anything that might affect your final print.
We print using professional CMYK colour separation, with 2 extra added colours to make your prints pop. It's the same process used in commercial print production. Your colours are reproduced accurately and consistently.
Once printed, products are finished to the spec you chose. Before anything is boxed up, it goes through a 5 step quality check. So if something's not right, we'll catch it and reprint it.
We dispatch across the UK and Global, with tracked shipping as standard. Most orders are printed and packed within 48 hours of file approval. You'll get an email when your order is on its way!
