By using our Services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms outlined here, you may not use our Services and should discontinue use immediately.
We may occasionally update these Terms. If we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. It’s your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed. By continuing to use our Services after changes are posted, you accept the revised Terms.
Our Services are intended for users who are at least the legal age of majority in their place of residence. If you are under that age, you may only use the Services under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the actions of their minor users.

1. OUR SERVICES
Merchdrop provides a print-on-demand service that allows individuals, creators, and businesses to upload original artwork, designs, or brand assets and have them professionally printed on physical products such as apparel and accessories. We act as the print and fulfillment partner — producing and shipping products based on the designs and specifications provided by you.
We do not maintain stock or inventory on behalf of customers. All items are custom-made to order and produced only after you or your customer places an order. As such, our service is designed for creators looking for small-batch, limited-edition, or hands-off fulfillment options.
While we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that every aspect of the platform will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
The content on our website is provided for general information and promotional purposes only. We do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or availability will be accurate at all times. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update information at our discretion.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials featured on the Merchdrop website — including text, graphics, logos, product mockups, layout, icons, and code — are owned or licensed by Merchdrop and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website and our services strictly for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms. This does not give you permission to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any of our content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
You retain ownership of any original artwork, logos, or designs you upload to Merchdrop. By submitting these assets, you grant Merchdrop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display those designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and, where permitted, showcasing your work for promotional purposes.
If you prefer to opt out of promotional usage of your designs, you may email us at hello@merchdrop.co.uk to request exclusion from our marketing material.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the designs you submit do not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe violates intellectual property laws or our community standards.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using Merchdrop, you confirm and represent that:
• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
• Any information you provide to us — including account details, order information, and design files — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the full rights and legal authority to upload and submit any artwork, designs, or content used on our platform.
• Your use of our Services will not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property laws.
You agree not to use the website for any activity that is abusive, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by law. If you breach these representations, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services without notice.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, is unlawful, or that we believe could harm our business, users, or reputation.
4. USER REGISTRATION
To access certain features of the Merchdrop platform — such as saving designs, managing orders, or accessing customer tools — you may be required to create an account.
When registering, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Promptly update any information if your contact or billing details change.
You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach, you must notify us immediately at hello@merchdrop.co.uk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, incomplete, suspected of fraudulent behavior, or in violation of these Terms.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us directly. Please note that deleting your account does not cancel any outstanding orders or obligations that may remain.
5. PRODUCT ORDERS AND FULFILMENT
Merchdrop is a print-on-demand service. This means that every product is made specifically to order based on the artwork, specifications, and preferences you submit. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Order Accuracy:
You are responsible for ensuring that your files, product choices (such as sizes, colors, styles), and shipping information are correct before completing checkout. Merchdrop is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect submissions or last-minute changes after production begins.
Fulfilment Times:
Production times can vary based on the product and current volume of orders. Estimated fulfilment timelines are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to seasonal demand, supply issues, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping:
Shipping time is separate from production time and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Merchdrop is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other delivery-related issues.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery (or estimated delivery date) with proof of the issue. We will investigate and offer a replacement if the issue falls within our policies.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because all products on Merchdrop are made-to-order and customized to your specific design choices, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or user errors.
Non-Refundable Circumstances Include (but are not limited to):
• Incorrect file submissions
• Wrong size, color, or product selected by the customer
• Design dissatisfaction (e.g. layout, colors, or font choices) unless there is a printing error
• Slight variations in color or print placement due to manufacturing processes
• Orders delayed due to courier issues, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control
Defective or Damaged Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or contains a clear manufacturing defect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@merchdrop.co.uk. Please include:
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect and packaging
• Your order number
If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a free reprint or replacement. In rare cases, we may request the return of the defective item before issuing a replacement.
Return Conditions (if applicable):
• All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Returns must be authorized first; unsolicited returns will not be processed
• Customers are responsible for shipping unless otherwise agreed
We reserve the right to deny a return or reprint if the issue is not reported in the required timeframe or if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
7. PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION
To place an order through Merchdrop, you must provide valid billing details and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount, including product costs, taxes, and applicable shipping fees.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We currently accept most major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be supported depending on your location.
Billing Accuracy:
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information. If any of the information provided is false, outdated, or incomplete, we may cancel your order and/or suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
Taxes and Duties:
All prices listed are in GBP unless otherwise stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations — these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Failed Transactions:
If your payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any delays or missed deadlines caused by failed payment attempts.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Because every product on Merchdrop is custom-made to order, we do not allow cancellations or changes once an order has entered production.
Before Production:
If you notice an error in your order or need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@merchdrop.co.uk. If your order has not yet begun printing, we’ll do our best to make the change — but we can’t guarantee it.
After Production Begins:
Once your order is in production, it cannot be paused, edited, or cancelled. This includes changes to:
• Product type or size
• Shipping address
• Design files or layout
• Quantity
If an error was made on our end (such as printing the wrong design), we will take full responsibility and arrange a reprint at no extra cost to you.
We recommend reviewing your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
9. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Merchdrop provides shipping for all orders produced through our platform. Please note that delivery times vary based on the type of product, production time, and shipping method selected.
Shipping Rates and Methods:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and chosen delivery option. We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit different delivery needs, including standard and expedited services.
Production and Shipping Time:
Orders typically take X business days to process and produce. Once your order is complete, shipping times depend on the method you’ve selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ship orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other external factors. If there are delays with your shipment, we will do our best to assist in tracking it down.
Lost or Undelivered Orders:
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

11. USER CONTENT AND CONDUCT
As a user of Merchdrop, you may upload, submit, or share content including images, artwork, designs, logos, text, and other material ("User Content") for the purpose of creating and fulfilling custom products.
By uploading User Content, you confirm that:
• You own or have the legal right to use the content;
• Your content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws;
• The content is not offensive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful.
You retain ownership of any original designs or artwork you upload. By submitting content to our platform, you grant Merchdrop a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purposes of:
• Printing and fulfilling your orders;
• Showcasing your designs for marketing or promotional use (unless you request otherwise).
We reserve the right to remove or refuse content that we believe:
• Violates these Terms or any laws;
• May damage our reputation or infringe on the rights of others;
• Appears to be spam, misleading, or malicious.
Any misuse of the platform — including the submission of harmful or illegal content — may result in suspension or permanent banning of your account.
12. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Use at Your Own Risk:
All services, content, and products provided by Merchdrop are offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
No Guarantee of Results:
We do our best to deliver accurate, high-quality prints based on the files and specifications you provide. However, because all items are custom-made, we cannot guarantee precise matches in color, placement, or appearance compared to what you see on screen.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merchdrop, its employees, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profit, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Delays or failures in delivery
• Errors in printing caused by user-submitted files
Our total liability in any matter related to your use of the service is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Merchdrop and its affiliates, employees, directors, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
• Your use of the website or services
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your breach of any representation or warranty set out in these Terms

• Any content you upload, submit, or share through Merchdrop
