1. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the details of your order, including:

• Shipping method chosen

Prices will vary depending on the carrier and the service level you select (e.g. standard, expedited).

 


2. Shipping Carriers

We use a range of shipping carriers to deliver your orders, and the carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. In the UK, we primarily use:

• Royal Mail

• Evri

• DPD

For international orders, we will select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination.

 


3. Order Processing and Delivery Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within X business days from the date of purchase. This may vary depending on order volume or any unforeseen production delays.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

• Standard Shipping: 2 to 4 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1 to 2 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delivery times can vary due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g. weather, customs, or carrier delays).

 


4. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees. These fees are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Merchdrop is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs or border restrictions in your country. We recommend reviewing your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

 


5. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

We work hard to ensure all orders are delivered on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, including issues like:

• Weather disruptions

• Shipping backlog or customs delays

• Carrier mistakes or misdeliveries

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package, but we are not liable for lost items once the carrier confirms delivery.

 


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress. You can track your order on the carrier's website.

 


7. Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, refused delivery, or unpaid customs duties, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
